My wife and I walked into our three bedroom contemporary almost four years ago strictly as "peepers." We had no serious intentions of purchasing a home at that time, we had to mapquest it just to figure out where Brimfield was and we had a condo in Springfield to sell before we would be able to purchase. On top of all of that my wife has always disliked contemporaries! Despite all of this when we walked into this home we knew right away that it would be our new home. What we saw was a fun home to live in. We saw our friends and family congregating for summer picnic's on the deck that runs the full length of the house, with a bird's eye view of the kids splashing in the pool. We saw Super Bowl parties in the finished basement...standing room only at the 16' bar. We saw character, style and personality through out with large windows, sky lights, cathedral ceilings, a great loft and a huge master bedroom! We saw efficiency with two separate heating systems including a forced hot air wood burning furnace...holly savings bat man!!!!
Add Brimfield's quiet country setting and a great school system and we were sure we would raise our entire family in this home. Opportunity, however, is leading our family in another direction. While we will be excited about new beginning we will be disappointed to leave this home that we've enjoyed so much when the time comes. Our home is not on the market just yet but we are getting ready to get it listed for sale.
