It's Monday 8/20

So we start the week off with the knowledge that the Fed drops rates to bank's by 1/2 percent. So... what does that mean and how odes that effect my market, and my buyers. I know thqt there are a lot of circumstances that have brought my market to where it is.. but.. you know what I think has the MOST to do with it.?
