Again another beautiful listing. That area of the country is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing I always look forward to your blogs. Have a Great Day!
Nicole,
Again, thanks for taking the neighborhood tour with me.
Hi Cherise! I love this community! How do you do your voice-over--do you do it on your computer and are you using a Flip? You just do such a wonderful job and I simply MUST do this NOW!
Great job, as always--VERY impressive!
Debe,
I'm in Texas right now and the key to the answers about this originate from my son, Kristofer. He's in Calif. before heading off to CSU. We film the areas (Canon HD camera), then Kris downloads, compresses and edits with Final Cut Pro, then I do the voice-overs in a mike, then we compress again, then Gordon listens to all, SEO codes and writes basically what I spoke about for youtube, then we place in our wordpress blogs, then to AR. This is a very simple explanation for now. As far as the technological jargon, I have to get this from Kristofer. Hope this helps. We shot roughly 35 areas of Colorado Springs for localism posts and have already had responses from our website and youtube. Plus we purchased unique URL's from godaddy for each area and are implementing these into our listings.
Hi Cherise! WOW! I didn't expect such a thorough answer and I DO appreciate it! I guess you work on a Mac too--the Final Cut Pro was the tip! I have to get to work on this and plan to start this weekend. It's been far too long that I've been saying that I HAVE to start working on my videos and don't get around to it.
Hope you're enjoying Texas!
