The numbers on the South Florida Real Estate market for July 2010 came out last week. It appears that Investors and Foreign buyers desire to purchase property before prices rise are driving the market in a positive direction.

Broward County's pending sales is up 25.4% from this time last July with 7,830 homes pending sale.

In Miami-Dade County, pending homes are up an astounding 40.5% from July of last year, with 10,113 pending sales.
