Richardson TX - Market Report - June 2010

• The median price of homes sold went up to $187,000 in June from to $161,825 in May.
• The median price of homes for sale went down a little to $205,000 in June from $210,000 in May.
• The number of homes sold went up a little to 83 in June from 78 in May.
• The number of homes for sale were higher at 515 in June compared to 485 in May.
• Days on the market have gone up. Homes sold were on the market for 67 days, while homes currently for sale have been on the market for 80 days.
• There currently are 9.2 months of inventory for sale.
