SNAP! New Listing Sells in TWO Days!  I just love it when a listing moves quickly especially in our crazy market.  I listed 35 Medley Lane over the weekend and got a great, solid offer today after the first and only showing!  I didn't even have time to get good pictures done or print brochures.  Love it when that happens.

Knowing your market and pricing a property right is so crucial right now.  I believe there was no magic in getting a quick offer.  Rather, studying the comps and knowing your strategy is the key.  Of course a willing buyer at the right time certainly does help too!  :)
