The number of active listings on Bainbridge (268) rose 3% from June and is up 6% from a year ago. The inventory turnover (total homes on the market divided by number sold last month) is 12.2 months, slower then the 8.1 months in June and the 10.5 months of a year ago. Bainbridge Island is a buyer's market.
