Diane, that sounds like a lot of house. A house that size here would go for a lot more than that here in Connecticut.

Diane, a house that has 3600 Square Feet of livable space and built let's say the last five to seven years, in most of Connecticut would probably sell for over $500,000,

This one with less living space and just one community over sold for $559 last year

This one, very similiar to my listing sold last year for $565 at 3600 sq ft of living space.

Locations make a HUGH difference

Maureen - thanks for commenting! Yes, it is a very nice home on a very quiet street. I will be taking inside pictures tomorrow, and updating the listing.... we had to wait until certain work was completed in the home. Location certainly make a difference in prices don't they?
