This is a e-mail that I received from a past client of mine........he has sent me several referrals and it came at a time that I really needed to hear it, sometimes we work really hard to make deals work and get beat down in the process....so I was having a pity party last week and then this really nice e-mail was sent to me so I am UP again!!!!

Just got a news letter from you and got to thinking of you.  I just wanted to say thanks for all you have done for me and Amy these past few years.  I know on our first house we were both scared, mostly me and I was not sure I was making the right decision.  But you quickly made me feel good about what I was doing was right.  Thanks. I recommend you all the time to people because I find most people are really discouraged maybe about their credit or just tired of hearing "no" from other people like banks.  You however don't tell them no but give them a little hope.  You take time with them even if they don't have the perfect credit.  You tell them things that will help them get out of the mess that they are in.  Most people would not even bother taking the time if they had bad credit but you take the time just if anything be their friend and show compasion on their situation.  It is nice that everytime I call you,  you answer the phone.  So I know you even have me in your phone book.  Do you know what that means?  I must be important to you.  We leave in a bad world and it is people like you that make it a better place to live in.  Everybody I have sent you just have good things to say about you.  You have just touched so many lives and at least gave so people a little bit of hope in such a dark world.  So I just want to thank you for the work that you do and thanks for being a good friend and that your good deeds do not go unnoticed.   Thanks Lawrence and Amy Henry

Good work. It has to be nice for you to know that your client feels that the work you did has been of benefit in his, and his wife's, lives.
