Nice property Ken. I'm amazed how reasonable the HOA fees are. Down here in Orange County most condo complexes are at or near $300 per month. Some even have two and three HOA's which can put the fee close to $400 per month....

Yeah, this one is really a crazy good deal in my opinion. It is a small complex too which is nice. But hey, you gotta pay if you want the status of living in the OC! :-)
