It's a beautiful sunny amazing day here in Victoria. This week we are talking a lot about tracking referrals. One of the questions you may want to ask yourself is how does your business keep track of referrals. When I started mine I had a hard time finding software that would do that so I had the software developer devise a system that tracks referrals, prints reports so you can reward referrals. Are you rewarding referrals in your business? It's wonderful when you can track referrals like a family tree to see what happens and also to see where the business is coming from.
For instance I joined E women's network and was asked to be on the Leadership team by Director Kerry Brown www.successbizcoach.com, Kerry has helped connect me to join Captial City Executive Association which has lead to more connections, she knew I was expanding to Vancouver so she connected me with Pamela Chatry www.pamelachatry.com who invited me to come to Vancouver to Launch the business there to 30 successful business women on a beautiful Regent Navigator cruise ship on Wednesday this week.
So this is an example of how one connection can turn into many referrals and lead back to that one person. We all make such a difference, it's worth tracking and worth rewarding.
