I am in a part of the country where Broker Opens are not that popular. I have tried several times to kick it in gear and try to get local agents involved, with little success. But I'm trying again!

I hosted 2 local events in April and May, and the agents who did attend had a blast. We are trying it again, and partnering with another firm in the area, to showcase our BEST HOUSES IN POTTSVILLE! We welcome all BROKERS, AGENTS, LENDERS and professionals affiliated with the real estate industry to attend.

Where the heck is that? The heart of the Coal Region, yes, but a short drive from many major cities.

1 hour from Harrisburg or Allentown, Pennsylvania, 30 minutes from Reading.

2 hours north of Philadelphia, 2.5 hours from Washington DC or New York City

Less than 3 hours from Baltimore ....

If you so choose to make this trek, I will make it worth your while. First, Pottsville is home of America's Oldest Brewery -- Yuengling Beer. So plan on driving in the morning to arrive here in Pottsville for the 1:30 Brewery Tour. After the tour, we have 2 houses open. If you don't want to do the brewery, just plan on arriving at either 2 pm or 3:30 pm. Broker Eileen Destefano will have a newer mini-mansion open in one of our exclusive subdivsions. And at 3:00 I'll be opening one of Pottsville's oldest estates. It'll be a lot to fit in (if you don't want to be so rushed, arrive for the 10 am Yuengling brewery tour instead).

So brewery tour or not, we will have 2 magnificent houses for you to preview, and then I will feed you dinner!
