Allyssa..There are several Punta Gorda Isles Commuities.  The original PGI is waterfront.  The others are Deep Creek, Burnt Store Lakes, Meadows, Village.  Please send me some info and we may be able to do business.  MLS# or address would be great.

Hey Gordon! Yes Im aware of a few of the communities, technically I believe this home is in Deep Creek.... Here is the MLS on this property #T2390887, the address is 25418 Narwhal Lane, Punta Gorda. The lawn is overgrown, we did that so the BPO would come in low and it WORKED...its approved! The lawn will be cut prior to closing no problem.

Help me sell this Home!!! =)

Alyssa...didn't this home have some additional plants?  When a client of mine google earthed it he told me that there was another palm tree?
