Midori, I hope the governor addresses your concerns. Usually politicians speak out of both sides of their mouth. If you want to listen to someone who speaks the truth and is really good then listen to Chris Bird. He teaches the CRS class on real estate wealth building and does seminars on taxes and tax savings for real estate professionals. He is really good.

It's always nice to have an invitation to speak publicly. Let's hope with that many present he will "hear" and listen. After all the Realtors are a large voting block at least in our state and we have great lobbyist that stay on top of the issues that concern Realtors. One reason to support RPAC.

I give up on this tax situation. It's all a bunch of garbage...it will not effect a homeowner such as I.

Midori - Maybe the Gov. will keep it on the front page. I am not sure where reform is going but hopefully positive steps will eventually happen.

Randy-I hope the governor will address the realtor community in a way that really touches on the issues.  I am interested in hearing what he has to say!  I will have to check out Chris, thank you so much for you input and commenting.

Missy-I agree support RPAC, most people do not really understand how powerful and dominate the National Association of Realtors is, there are over 1.3 million members and we were the largest contributor in campaign contributions.  Why not support RPAC....  Thanks for stopping by and as always a real pleasure.
