Buying Your First Home?  Realtors® Are Your Professional Guides.  "Make Sure You Choose A Top Expert."

Bidding Wars! Over-Market Value Prices! Under-Market Values! Best and Final Offers! No Mortgage Contingency! What does it take to get a house?

While it was never easy to buy a home, today it seems positively frightening -- yes, frightening. Let's get that on the table right now and talk about it.

When my parents bought their home thirty years ago, they struggled to come up with the downpayment, just as many people do today. Houses were plentiful, and there was no question, once finances were sorted out, about getting the house.  In today's market we have a large inventory of homes for sale, interest rates are rising, mortgage lenders are becoming more rigorous in the qualification process, and many short sales and forclosures homes.  The process is a lot more complicated and requires a lot more work to successfully close on a home purchase/sale.

It's my job to guide you, from beginning to end, through the purchasing maze. I'll ask you to list your housing priorities -size, style, cities, neighborhoods and developments of interest, school preferences, etc.- We'll look at as many homes as it takes you to decide to make an offer. The national average, by the way, is 9 homes before a purchase.

I will take the time to go through each and every step of the buying process. There are no dumb questions!

9 homes thats all.  I am glad you say that maybe subconsciously that will plant a seed and you won't have to show 30 homes to get a decision.

Endea - lol.  Well, thank goodness for the internet.  Shopping for a home today is a little different from years back, the internet allows the consumer to narrow down their favorites in the comfort of their own homes/offices...that way we don't waste time driving around.  They know exactly what they want, it is just a matter of giving then enough information to make a sound decision...that is why it is important to post great pictures, and pertinent information about your listings on the web!
