South Aurora recorded the most resales for first seven months of 2010. There were more resales recorded in South Aurora, but the highest average sold price was in Boulder County, in the Northern part of Boulder county.
Southern Aurora had a total of 1,595 sales through July 2010, but still showed a decrease of sales from 1,691 from the same period last year. Condo and townhome sales were not included in these numbers.
Boulder County plain's numbers (not including mountain properties) numbers showed the average sold price had an increase - 2010 was $680,149, up from $579,868.

Louisville - 62, up from 63 units sold - average price $418,257, up from $396,278
Northeast Denver - 1,389, down from 1,668 units sold - average price $213,029, up from $182,913
Parker - 990, up from 935 units sold - average price $329,757, down from $332,626
Southeast Denver - 1,390, up from 1,323 units sold - average price $436,051, down from $437,741
