Great information on Shirley, amazing how many more homes are on the market. Hope we have a busy fall!
I hope we have a busy fall too - July is showing a huge amount of inventory, although with a smaller town two or three sales can impact the look of the graph.
With this much inventory, buyers have the best chance of negotiating a good deal. And you can't beat the mortgage rates!
A positive is that the Shirley School System recently regionalized with Ayer, and that should improve both systems. My older kids school-choiced intothe Harvard school system, and my youngest is starting at NCCES this fall - charter school in Fitchburg.
