Dreaming about living in a loft in Downtown Toronto? This west end building offers you this opportunity at a reasonable price. The building is relatively new, built in 2006 and the location is in a very desirable area that is going through revitalization. Its the perfect time to move into this neighborhood. All along Lansdowne to the south are new condo developments that are being sold and completion will be in a few years. Slightly to the north is the fantastic Foundry Lofts and townhomes development at Davenport.

The Chelsea is a small building with 69 suites. These lofts are reasonable priced a 1 bedroom, approximately 600 sqft sell for around $200,000.

2 Bedrooms are price around $300,000, around 850 sqft.

This is located just north of the Lansdowne subway stop at Bloor St. at 1375 Dupont St. West. Its an easy 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride.  There is new GO stop also on Dupont.

The new walking trail is also complete, alot of people enjoy the trails for biking, walking and just enjoying the neighborhood.  Grocery shopping is nearby too along with nice little shops and restaurants in the Junction.

This is an area that is relatively lower priced and that means this is  good spot for real estate investment in the heart of Toronto.

Donna, this home sounds wonderful, but wow... the prices sound like they are straight out of New York City.  Sounds like a great investment.  Good luck with your marketing efforts.
