Help protect our children by supporting local Attorney Rick Patterson this Friday the 24th of August

Support Local Attorney's Rick Patterson and Anthony Zinnanti in Superior court in Chatsworth California this Friday August 24^th at 8:30 A.M . We all talk the talk, now it is time to walk the walk. This walk is worth every step!. I challenge you to demonstrate your support of these two local heroes by showing up this Friday!

I was contacted today by Rick Patterson of Owen, Patterson, and Owen here in Valencia California. Rick is a local Santa Clarita Attorney who made national headlines by obtaining a restraining order against self proclaimed pedophile Jack McClellan. This order bars Jack from being within 10 yards of a minor child throughout the state of California for the next 3 years. As you may or may not know Jack was recently arrested for violating this new order days after it's implementation.

Rick shared with me that he has been debating with "intellectuals" who were concerned about violating Jack's 1^st amendment rights as protected by the Constitution. Rick reminded me that "this is not a fight about the 1^st Amendment rather a fight over the right to protect our young daughters from a clear and present danger"

Rick mentioned that "the judge (Melvin Sandvig) has gone a long way to help restore the people's faith in California's Judicial system" "The "honorable" Melvin Sandvig is the Presiding Judge of the Chatsworth Superior Court" I agree 100 percent!

Rick asked me to share with my readers the need for our community to rally behind him and Anthony by appearing at the Chatsworth Superior court this Friday August 24^th at 8:30 A.M. for a hearing. It is important to show our community support of his and Anthony's efforts!! As well as Judge Melvin Sandvig who is a courageous public servant!

Many of you mentioned you were outraged by this predator being spotted in our city photographing minor children to exploit them to other pedophiles and endangering their lives in the process. It is now time to stop talking and start walking. We need to send a message that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

Please make it a point to be at the Chatsworth Superior Courthouse to support Rick Patterson this Friday August 24^th at 8:30 A.M. to protect our children in the city of Santa Clarita and this entire state!.

Update 8.22.2007 Jack McClellan was released today because prosecutors could not pursue the case, due to a judge failing to schedule and give McClellan proper notice of a hearing required to argue the merits of imposing such a long-lasting order before it is issued. For those of you who have asked where he (Jack) presently lives, he is living out of his car.

While I can't be there physically, I'll be there in spirit praying that this is the first step in protecting our children starting in CA and moving throughout the entire USA. We need tough laws and creeps like Jack shouldn't have any rights once they commit such an awful crime. I'm a firm believer in an eye for an eye and most of the scum bags out there wouldn't be walking the streets if our judicial system had the same feelings!

You are a good man. Thank you for the unexpected support. Please note that Mr. Anthony Zinnanti is my co-counsel in this matter. He is a very bright and capable legal scholar and great trial lawyer. He also has a young daughter. I have five daughters and three granddaughters all who live here in our valley. We are doing this for no other reason than to protect our children. We are not trying to change the laws of the State of California or win any first amendment debates. I have had multiple calls from Law school professors who disagree with our approach. I debate them and then cordially invite them to put on their running shoes and come to court. Get in the arena and argue their case. So far no takers.

This is the only thing that we could do to try and restrain this poor soul from continuing in his bizarrre and abhorrent behavior pattern. Support of the community sends a great message to a good judge who is out on point now and is being criticized for his assertiveness. He gets it. We want him to know that the community supports him and that in the final analysis the people make the laws and elect the judges. Please remember and repeat his name. The Honorable (truly in this case) Melvin Sandvig, Presiding Judge of the Chatsworth Superior Court.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts with me and our readers. It is people like you, Anthony, and the "Honorable" Judge Melvin Sandwig that are`willing to take the heat and do what is right that I admire. The judge in particular decided to do what is right as opposed to do what is convenient or non controversial. I will do what I can to "spread the word"
