Facebook? To do or not to do?

Real Estate Agent with REALTY EXECUTIVES ARIZONA TERRITORY DRE# SA113961000

Just read the post by Blake Clifford here on AR.

I too am always hearing about Facebook. I have a site on Facebook but it certainly is not maximized for business use. Since I already know of some agents that do a great job with the business part of Facebook, I was hoping they would respond to this post and tell us/me what they are doing that works so well.

I see a lot of "seminars" and "webinars" about making Facebook a business tool but I am skeptical about most things like that.

However, I find information on AR to be quite useful so anything anyone wants to say would be sincerely appreciated.

Thanks

Jon, I also read Blake's post and am curious how to use it to its most benefit.  I have been Facebooking for quite a long time and even made a business page; HOWEVER, I'm not really sure how to use it for "business".  My "business" page has the same people from my friends list on my regular personal page, so it's all really repetitive to them and don't want to cram things down their face.  I haven't quite figured out how to advertise it to my already friends and at the same time use it to advertise or be seen by outside networking people.  I'm about as confused about that as I am ActiveRain.  Granted, I'm a pro at Facebooking from a personal aspect, just not professional, and this ActiveRain thing.... OMGosh, I REALLY have no idea what I'm doing here!!! Guess it just takes time!  I'm curious to see what everyone's advice to you is so I can perhaps learn from it.
