Ed - It is always about location.  If you are located in a commuter location then I expect you will continue to move properties and that is a good thing.

Jennifer - "Location is everything.  Some of the world's highest mountains are under water."  That quote sits above my desk.  In today's market the axiom Location, Location, Location may not be as significant as this one Price, Price, Price!
