Welcome to Ramapo Cirque, the gated luxury townhouse development in Suffern, New York!
The Ramapo Cirque Townhouse complex is a luxury townhouse complex in an exclusive gated community. The grounds of this complex are kept magnificently, with lavish lawns, gorgeous perennials and annuals, and a fabulous array of specimen trees. There are incredible views of the picturesque Ramapo Mountains from many of the townhouses. This complex is one of the premier townhouse gated communities in Rockland County.
The amenities include a beautiful pool, tennis courts, basketball court, paddle ball courts, exercise room and a great clubhouse with a kitchen. It feels like country club living at its best.
The view from the decks of many of the townhomes is a nature lover's delight. As an example, this pond can be seen from many of the tri-level Ramapo Cirque homes on Dakota Court.
I had the pleasure of taking a walk through this beautiful development and enjoyed watching a group of ducks swim by.
While sitting on my friend's deck, I enjoyed taking in the breathtaking view of the Ramapo Mountains. I felt such a sense of peace and tranquility while there.
Later on, we went downstairs to her patio, and while chatting, I enjoyed the pond view immensely.
The tri-level townhouses for sale in the Ramapo Cirque are open and airy. They have large 2 car garages, cathedral ceilings, and one or more fireplaces. Some have dual fireplaces between the kitchen and the living room and some have a fireplace in the family room and another in the master bedroom -- wonderful to enjoy on those cold winter nights, while watching the snow fall. Many of the Ramapo Cirque townhouses for sale have large, floor to ceiling windows which create a light and bright atmosphere that is very desirable.
At the time of the writing of this article there are 7 Ramapo Cirque 3 bedroom townhouses on the market.
These Ramapo Cirque homes for sale range in list price from $479,000 to $564,900. The square footage is between 1898 and 3348 square feet. These Ramapo Cirque townhomes are all 3 bedroom homes. Some have 2.5 baths, some have 3 baths, and others have 3.5 baths. The master bedroom bathrooms have whirlpools and are very spacious and the master bedrooms have large, walk-in closets.
The decks and patios are large and are wonderful for outdoor entertaining. The basements are full and finished and you can walk out from them to barbecue on your patio, and enjoy the views, watching the sun set behind the Ramapo Mountains.

Trains leave Suffern regularly and go into Secaucus and Hoboken, where you can catch the PATH (Port Authority Trans Hudson) trains to the west side of Manhattan. Buses also leave Suffern regularly and go into NYC to the Port Authority building at 8th Avenue and 41st Street.
