The availability of two bus systems is one of the reasons for the popularity of Daventry.

Commuting times are a major consideration when people consider purchasing a home in Northern Virginia. Although Daventry excels in the realm of commuting options there are numerous other Springfield subdivisions that offer similar capability Some of them are Orange Hunt Estates, Rolling Forest, Cardinal Forest and West Springfield Village. These and numerous subdivisions have bus service in the subdivision or exceptionally close.

Another thing to be aware of is finished square footage. Our Northern Virginia tax records do show the finished square footage, but it is above grade only. Many people do finish their basement, but it is not shown in the above grade finished square footage calculation. That is precisely why you will not find that factor in the search options even though it livable space. We do not consider an unfinished basement livable space in Northern Virginia.
