This is a market report for 1 bedroom Condos in the senior citizens community of Leisure World in Silver Spring Md. 20906.  It covers those currently on the market, as of August 16, 2010; FOR SALE, those under some form of contract, and those sold since July 15, 2010.   The living space of these homes ranges from 666 sq. ft. to very near 1000. There are at the time of the report 22 places FOR SALE.  Current list price for these homes ranges from $76,900 to $139,900, with the average being $97,077.  The days on market with the current Realtor range from less than a week (6 days) to nearly three years (1067 days), with the average being just over four months (123 days).

These are two one-bedroom condo homes currently under some form of contract in the community.  The last known list price of these two homes was $84,500 and $98,500.  They were on the market for a month (30 days) and near a year and two moths (413 days).

Three one-bedroom condo homes successful sold since July 15, 2010 in the community.  The closing price of these ranged from $78,000 to a high of $95,000; with the average being $84,167 and the median being $79,500.  These homes were on the market for average of nearly 6 months (172 days).   They sold for an average of 95% of the last known list price.
