A lot of Baby Boomers are either retiring or starting to plan for that big day of retirement. We have been saving for years in our 401 or IRA plan. Now we are wondering if our money will last or be enough to allow us the luxuries we have been dreaming about.

Here are the pros: Warm climate, lots of boating and fishing, beautiful beaches( 76miles long), golfing and tennis. No state income tax and low property taxes. Melbourne International Airport very centrally located or Orlando International is only 45 mins away. Port Canaveral is a major cruise port with cruises leaving daily to the Bahama's and other Islands.
We have some great 55+ communities to choose from Pine Creek, Grand Isle, Heritage Isle to name a few. Beach-side condos and townhomes at prices we haven't seen in 10 years. If a spacious lot with a great house for your family to visit is on your wish list. We have that also.
