The Coachella Valley Repertory's Aug. 25 “Luminary Luncheon” will feature an appearance by TV and stage actress Nancy Dussault, star of the 1980s sitcom “Too Close for Comfort” and one of the first two anchors of “Good Morning America.”
The monthly luncheons are hosted by a booster group for the performance group. Lunch will be served at noon at the BLU Ember Restaurant in the Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa, 41-000 Bob Hope Drive, in Rancho Mirage and will be followed by local radio host VJ Hume interviewing Dussault.
