Okay, so I know there's a song out there about two times something...but I'm going to talk about one client, two client...I'm a real estate professional. And I have to convince the first client that my new listing is worth the price, the time to look at it, and that it is the one on which they should write an offer.

Second client...make the appointment, ask that they meet at my office to see me first, put them in the car to preview properties, ask for feedback as we go in and out of houses, ask them to return to my office so we can discuss further...narrow it down to one or two...time to write the offer? Of course, they say...get it done and get it into escrow...

What am I saying...the first client is my fellow associates to whom I must convince my new listing is worth all the above...second client...the buyer for whom I enjoy writing an offer and accepted and into escrow.

So, there are really two clients...get past the fellow associates first and onto the buyer. We do our job two times! Agree or Not?
