Post Falls Investment Property
I have been running across some great investment opportunities in Post Falls Real Estate. I was in a house the other day that was flying under the radar of just about everybody. It was in a solid and established neighborhood with huge growth potential. In fact with 20% down it would cash flow about $200 a month with a few minor updates in flooring and paint. The upside on this home was probably about 40K to 50K if held for a couple of years. Not a bad ROI for a minimal risk. I'm thinking about publishing a list for current and interested investors.
