Actually in a few words this Adobe Air 2 for android can port any Adobe flash, html, java, ajax, etc to an Android desktop application without using a web client, please check the video to see how it works.

It's free, but that's is mainly for developers, what you should try later is the app inventor, I would like that you share some experiences later on on your android and post it in Google & Android, what you can do, how it helps in your profession, etc :) take care ! and thanks for coming !
