Well well well
The national, regional and local dues are coming in September and people are squealing that they haven't made a sale in a year. Well well well then maybe they will go inactive. How many Realtor's do we have on Maui?
"Your search resulted in 1887, out of a total of 1887 records." Well if we have that many Realtors. 2.6% of Maui's population are Realtor's. Easy work if you can get it. Ha ha (lol) Aloha ha ha. Sea Ya Later. Not many will be able to survive this down turn in the market. I know that my dedication is intact and I will be able to survive. I go to work everyday and I work open houses all weekend. I am dedicated to the field of real estate. Out with the part timers. 65% of our working force are part timers. Sea Ya later alligator.

In this volatile Real Estate market it is important to understand the many facets of this changing market, appraisers begin to pen this (2013) market as a recovering Real Estate market, with the ability to increase the appraisal by .3/4 per month of last comparable sale. When choosing a Realtor/Broker keep in mind the many attributes that bring in expertise, short sales, foreclosures, REO’s and the continuing straight forward Multiple listing sales. I have experience in every market, in every condition.

Call me for advice in each and every area of today’s Real Estate market.

It is nice to be important, yet important to be nice.

Yeah the market is not the greatest, but at least it will weed out those who don't belong....:=)

many of those that I hope will leave are the inexperienced ones that give the rest a bad name.

Jeffery, a periodic wildfire gets rid of the deadwood.  The good agents will survive.

Is this judgement day, and who elected the judge? Did everyone start out knowing everything and having years of experience...what happened to the Realty Team?

I just read an article that said the association of Realtors expects a decline in memebership.  The worst in 10 years.  If you can stick it out things will be ok.  There will also be less competition.  Make lemonade out of lemons...right!  thanks for the post!

"An Open Letter to the Ohana's on Maui" My heart goes out to each and everyone of us, as we struggle in these trying times. The information provided on this blog is courteous & only meant to inform you, your families, friends. Many of us have found ourself ousted with no where to turn to. In these turbulent times I'm often reminded to remain humble & pure, because any of us could be on the receiving end of a foreclosure, there are 100's maybe 1000's of attributes that bring us to a loss of homes. I'm here to help and inform, "please call me" and I promise to help you to the best of my ability. Owners, Industry folks, Renters, anyone who is affected by foreclosures, because in the long run we are all are in this together. Aloha Jeffery
