Hello Mike, this is good information for people in you area to know. I'm curious what you think about how important the $/sf statistic is. I know some areas don't use them at all and others heavily rely on them. Often I see smaller homes in what might be considered a desirable neighborhood list or sell for higher $/sf than larger homes...maybe it's a bit like buying in volume, anyway I think that tends to skew the stats...any thoughts?
