Open Homes Sunday 08/26/07 2-4 PM

Come out and see the wonderful homes available in Muirfield Village this weekend. Take the Spring Lane exit from US 1 and follow Spring Lane westward just over a mile. The entrance to Muirfield Village will be on the left. Our office has teamed up with the developer to hold these homes open on Sundays.

These homes are in a great West Sanford location that offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that is close to shopping, restaurants, and Spring Lane Cinemas. There are several homes available and nearing completion. Prices range from the low 220s to the upper 270s. Lots are still available, so you can pick your lot and options if you prefer.

All homeowners have access to a gazebo that overlooks a wonderful pond within Muirfield Village. This is the perfect spot to go fishing or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Call me for more details or drop by and see me Sunday.

I hope we get a good response. I had an open house a couple of weeks ago where several groups came at about the same time - it was fun. If I get too many buyers I can always refer some folks to some of the other great agents in the office.
