Carlisle, MA Home for Sale ~ Price just reduced 130 Prospect Street, Carlisle Massachusetts. Now Listed at $545,000 by Peggy Dowcett, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Here is a great opportunity to enter one of Carlisle's best locations. It is convenient, quiet and within a 3 1/2 miles to Concord and Bedford Center, shopping, transportation and commuter routes.
It is a well maintained Cape featuring 3+ bedrooms, bright and airy eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room and 1st floor bedroom and full bath. There are two bedrooms located on the second floor with a full bath and lots of closets. Beautiful hardward floors through-out the residence.
The living room offers a cozy brick fireplace for those cold New England winters and hardwood floors. There is big window that views onto a horse property across the street!
Enjoy relaxing on the 3 season porch. This home for sale has been well cared and maintained for over the years. It has been recently painted with a neutral palette of colors. Move right in and make it your own!
Carlisle, MA offers Trail Access to Miles of Conservation Land
At the end of Prospect Street you have direct access to approximately 112 acres. About 25% of Carlisle is protected conservation land, which makes for excellent walking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and horseback riding opportunities. This area is called the Davis Corridor on the South Carlisle Trails map.
This area ties into Two Rod Road Trail which goes into Estabrook Woods. Two Road Road dates from 1744, and is named for its width - there are two rods, or 33 feet, between the stone walls that border much of the trail. Estabrook Woods is a 675-acre forest located partly in Carlisle and in Concord. Two Rod Road leads in about two miles to the Punkatassett Hill conservation area in Concord. I can tell you from my own experience that it is absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
I have friends that hack on the trails with their horses and friends that walk their dogs and they all just love it!
I provide professional real estate services for both buyers and sellers including market advice, relocation, and comparative market trends and analysis for the following areas: Concord, Bedford, Carlisle, Lexington, Chelmsford, Woburn, Billerica, Arlington, Acton, Sudbury, Maynard, Littleton, Stow, Groton, Harvard and all surrounding towns.
