Bill - It was unfortunate that it did not happen. I put in a cancellation on this but it was marketed heavily. I expected people would call or just walk up but it did not happen.

LaNita - Thanks for stopping by. I like the patio too with a hot tub, boy do I need that sometimes but not on a day like today at 104 degrees. No buyer yet. I am shocked not more sparked interest but it will happen.
