Aren't the comments funny when we ask how people find us some of the time? I'm so happy that you helped find your lovely client a home and hope everything goes perfectly for the rest of the deal. And maybe that financial adviser will have future people she'll refer to you as well. I'd be sending her a nice little gift.

Dub, it's taken about 2 years, but my steady blogging has paid off with 3 transactions in the 12 months. That may not seem like a lot but it's 3 more than I would have had, and that makes me happy.
