Beverly Woods Neighborhood in Charlotte NC - Real Estate Inventory Trends August 2010

  Real estate inventory in Charlotte NC's Beverly Woods neighborhood has remained ABOVE balanced real estate market conditions consistently since the fall of last year.  

   Into the spring and early summer of 2010, Beverly Woods neighborhood real estate inventory levels did start to decrease but available Beverly Woods homes for sale still exceeded the pace of sold real estate activity. 

As a guideline:

Less than 6 month supply: favors Sellers

6 month supply: Balanced

More than 6 month supply: favors Buyers

  Even though Beverly Woods neighborhood real estate inventory levels declined a bit, they never reached balanced levels and as of August 2010 the neighborhood real estate supply has INCREASED again over an 11 month supply of Beverly Woods homes for sale.

  Given the lack of any under contract activity right now (see Beverly Woods Neighborhood Real Estate Market in Charlotte NC August 2010), I'd expect to see the neighborhood real estate inventory climb even higher in the near future .  

  Right now, real estate market conditions in Charlotte NC's Beverly Woods neighborhood favor ready, willing and qualified home Buyers and offer a lot of options for those home buyers to consider.  

  That also means competition is quite high for home Sellers right now.
