Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Capital Properties 613238

I CAN SHOW YOU ANY PROPERTY FOR SALE IN MARYLAND, WASHINGTON DC AND VIRGINIA

Many buyers are not aware that as a Realtor® who is licensed in all three jurisdictions, I can show you any property for sale whether it's listed by me, my agency, or any other real estate firm. This is especially a big surprise to many of my international clients.

As a member of the Multiple Listing Service, I can show you any property listed by any agent anywhere in the greater DC area.

If you should see an ad in the paper or a sign in a yard, call me to find out more information for you. If you want to see it, I'll gladly make arrangements and show it to you.

For Sale by Owner

Many times a homeowner will work with a buyer agent, even though his home is not listed with a real estate broker. It is necessary for the agent to introduce the buyer to the property.

A homeowner trying to sell their home themselves is usually doing so in hopes of saving the commission. Coincidentally, this is the reason a buyer wants to deal directly with a homeowner. The pitfalls and dangers of trying to go directly to a "FSBO" are huge. Are they honestly representing the property? Are they disclosing defects of which they are aware, as required by law? What happens with your money if you give them a deposit? And who is going to make sure a contract is written to protect your interests?

If you want to see a home offered by the owner, please let me contact the owner, provide paper disclosure, set the appointment, and provide you with market data.

Builder's Homes

Most builders are more than willing to work with agents who accompany the buyer to the property on the initial visit. We can get all the information you need to make any decisions.

By working through me with builders, you get all the services offered by me in addition to those offered by the builder. You'll get more, but you won't pay more for it!

Going to an "Open House"

Always tell the agent you meet at the Open House that you are already represented by me. I will give you extras of my business card to give to them.
