15 Comments on Staging a Model Home in Milwaukie Oregon
David -- very nice staging job on this ranch home. What a difference staging can make in the online listing photos! That buyer should make an offer soon or it will be snapped up by someone else!
GREAT that a bank understood the value you brought....and it looks FAB! Great photo's and example of why they needed you!!!
You took an akward looking room and made it very liveable and inviting, well done!
Maureen ~ Online photos make all the difference in getting potential buyers to view a house in person. Thanks for the comment and the conversation last night!
Kathy ~ It is great to see that banks are starting to believe more and more in staging. They have so much inventory and need to get these homes sold. What better way than having them professionally staged?
Cindy ~ Thanks. It's always great to help buyers envision how they could make an awkward space work for them.
David - Stunning stage. You always have such a great attention to detail. That's great news that banks are starting to understand and buy into staging to get homes sold.
David- what a great job of showing how the space can be used. I really like the pops of color you used in the living area. Who wouldn't want to move in?!
Those lonely plants in the "before" pics weren't doing much to enhance the space, but your staging certainly did - beautiful job!
Love the entryway. Night and day difference of what the buyer will feel when they walk in.
Sally ~ Thanks for your comments. It is great that banks are starting to buy into staging. Just got another bank on board today!
Kathy ~ Showing how the space can be used is key in what we bring to our clients. Glad you like the pops!
Leanne ~ The plants were awfully lonely before. Thanks!
Shar ~ It's not often that we get to stage such a beautiful and spacious entry. We always want potential buyers to be greeted with a great feeling when they walk into the home.
You certainly inflated the space David-looks just great!! Asset managers are some of my favorite clients and how wise they are!
Just lovely staging David(as always). So glad that the banks are finally getting it. I hope you get lots more work from them.
Beautiful Staging, David! I especially like the entrance. Wait... I like the dining room as well. Oh, forget it. I love it all.
Congratulations. Your home staging is being featured in the group Staging Before and After Pictures.
Kathy
Cathy ~ Thanks! As a result of the economy banks have become the property owners they never wanted to be. It's great to see that they are turning to stagers to help sell their inventory.
Lori ~ I appreciate your comments. So far the experience has been easier to work with banks than we thought, meaning getting contracts and payments so efficiently. Unexpected!
Kathy ~ Thanks for the feature. Thanks for your comments. Always nice to see you on my posts! =)
David,
As always your staging is stunning! Glad to hear that you have been busy this summer and that you have made connections with the banks. I love the livingroom and all the living color that you put into it! Jiust fabulous!!!
Linda ~ Thanks for your fabulous comments. It has been a busy summer and hopefully with the season coming to an end all of us will see a continuation in good business throughout the remainder of the year.
