Sounds like easy does it with stable markets in the Biltmore Center Area! Looks like you are a busy guy doing your market reports in your car!
Good mornig Renee, Biltmore, like the rest of the market here in AZ has had the haircut (crewcut) already; and it is nice to see some stability creeping into our housing market. One thing's for sure: The deals are in Phoenix and LasVegas.
I did the market update in my car because it is roughly 10,600 degrees here in Phoenix right now!
