Christy thanks for stopping by. I see you're in the Austin area. If you love Austin you'll love Oakland. And of course you can stop by and see the beautiful San Francisco. Austin seems to have a burgeoning downtown sprawl of Condominiums and lofts as well. The similarities between these two cities would be it's cultural diversity and expression; the high tech atmosphere and the educational arena. As you know Oakland is a hop, skip and jump from University of California Berkeley and for those who crave the quirky and casual it can't be beat.
