Kim and lin Logan with Keller Williams are closing on two homes tomorrow. One in Cuscowilla golf community and one on the lake in Pioneer Woods!!!! That is over 1.5 million in closings. We have Two more homes pending and waiting to close. Business is out there you just have to go out there and get it guys!!!!
1. Be motivated, reach out and get the business!! Always coming up with new ideas to energize your business.
2. Talk to people find out if anyone needs to sell and make showing property fun for the client!!!
3. I wake up every morning and try to touch Five people and talk about real estate !!!
4. Treat your past clients great!!! They are your best way to get business!! Most of my clients become our friends and because of that they recommend Lin and I ...
5. There is no easy way to get business . The lazy agents I have found are never busy..... I tell them what they can do to get business and over and over again I see them do nothing... like blogging, advertising, redo their advertising, bling up their website.... 6 months later they still do not change anything and they wonder why they are not selling.!!!! They have no motivation. They will never survive in this business, The strong agents are probably the most hard working ones. What do you think?
