Go forth and seek clients in the “fossa” area.

I do this on a consistent basis and I wonder do you.  This is not easy to do and sometimes it's downright frustrating to the point of why bother.  I do this because it has brought me sales and referrals.  Most agents pass over these and I take advantage of the situation.
