Go forth and seek clients in the “fossa” area.

I do this on a consistent basis and I wonder do you.  This is not easy to do and sometimes it's downright frustrating to the point of why bother.  I do this because it has brought me sales and referrals.  Most agents pass over these and I take advantage of the situation. You might ask what fossa well its meaning is: a cavity, pit or small hollow.  Don't overlook those clients or property that are small (not a lot of money) they know people who know people and the referrals keep coming.  But hey if you're in NW Arkansas or SW Missouri leave them alone and I'll see you at the bank.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

I have a "little" deal now that turns out the Buyer is an investor, that wants me to find them "several" more!

Excellent advice James.  I make it a point to treat each client like I would want to be treated, regardless of the price/size of home.  No home is too small, nor is any sell to small.  The result is that the transaction helped someone realize a dream or move on to another life adventure.
