This year's State Fair (the 138th Colorado State Fair!) promises to have great entertainment along with the usual rodeos, 4-H demonstrations, parades, roller derby, livestock shows, exhibit halls, demolition derby, creative arts, bands, carnival rides, food, concerts, and so much more! Location: Colorado State Fair Grounds, 1001 Beulah Ave. in Pueblo
Fairground Hours: August 27 through September 6, 2010 Open 10 a.m. - midnight (Note: exhibit halls and buildings may close before midnight) Carnival rides, Monday-Friday 2 p.m. - 11 p.m. Carnival rides, Saturday-Sunday & Labor Day 10 a.m.- midnight
General Gate Admission to the Colorado State Fair Grounds: Adult Admission -- $8 (Friday - Sunday) $5 (Monday - Thursday) 6 & under -- Free (when accompanied by adult)
Carnival Prices: Tickets - $1 Bands - $25 Colorado State Fair Mega Ride Pass - $80 Purchase an $80 Mega Pass at Ticketmaster outlets or at the Colorado State Fair Box Office and receive free gate admission and an all-you-can-ride carnival pass good for all 11 days of the Fair!
State Fair Shuttle(courtesy of Pueblo Transit and Parkview Hospital): Shuttle will run from the City's new Main Street Parking Garage at 110 S. Main Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 to the State Fair Beulah gate. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes. There will be a shuttle fee of $1 per person (ages 7 and older); or $5 for family. Parking is free.

Retired, discharged military and family members of active military receive $3 off gate admission. Active military can take advantage of a $5 rodeo ticket through the State Fair Box Office for the PRCA Dodge Rodeo at 7pm.

Tuesday, August 31 Loaf ‘N Jug Discount Day *** and Pepsi Dollar Day presented by News First 5 Admission to the Fair, carnival ride, and rodeo tickets are all only one dollar each this Tuesday. Never been to a rodeo before? This is a great way to check out the original extreme sport. For only one dollar, you can watch top cowboys and cowgirls compete. Price does not include gate admission, which is also just $1.
Wednesday, September 1 Loaf ‘N Jug Discount Day *** and Centura Health Senior Day Senior citizens 60 and older receive FREE gate admission.
