I am taking the Century 21 class, Create 21. I must say I was not looking forward to taking it, because I felt this time of the year we should be listing and selling houses. But, my office as a group decided we should. I must say it is long days and lots of homework and I am loving every minute of it. I have been selling Real estate for 3 years now, and oh how I wished I would have taken it first thing. I have learned alot of great tips and Lisa, our instructer is great. I am half way through the class now and really wish there was a 2nd edition to take. So, if you are a newbie with Century 21, please take this class, you will be happy you did. Just wanting to know if any of my fellow C-21 realtors, after taking it put any of the ideas to use and if so, how is it working for ya?

Well, I am not a c21, but training in general is what you do with it. Just a thought to get started use the 3 things that you KNOW you would implement and keep doing, then branch out from there...sound like a plan??
all the best and have a profitable day!!!

Question, are you taking the class on-line? If so, that's impressive. I think I may need to go back and take some of the courses (provided that they are free).

Hi, William
It is a online course, but it's not free. Very good class that C-21 has.
