The Villa's oceanfront unit A-201, closed at $12,500,000. Did some one say we are in a recession. This is a beautiful ocean front unit, located on Wailea's most pristine beaches. Another unit, penthouse #501, closed at $5,500,000 in Wailea Beach Villas. I love the corner units, with the wrap around lanai's. They offer incredible ocean views.
Wailea Point also just had a closing, just under $10,000,000. So we can see this year, Wailea Maui, has been holding its own as far as value. Wailea was picked as the top 2nd home market in the country. What is the draw about Wailea, Maui.
