if we had to rate ourselves in every aspect of our work, at what rate do you fall in and where do you think you need to improved. and how are you going to improved it.

rate it from 1 being the worst and 10 being the best.

i'll give 10 go ahead and rate yourself.

1. customer service

2. prospecting

3. following-up

4. knowing the market condition

5. Blogging

6. schedule

7. listing presentation

8. buyer showing procedures

9. continuing education

10. hitting your goal. (EX: number of contacts per day, # of appointments. # of listing taken # of closings. etc.)

If am forgetting some please feel free to add them.

be honest to yourself don't lied just to make your Ego bigger. we all knew improvemt in every single one.

                                       i can't remember where i heard this

                                 "If your Ego is bigger than your bank account, then you must fixed it."

I have room for improvement in all areas.  I know if I ever start to think that I have "arrived" in any one of those areas, it's time to reevaluate.

Good question.

I think you can see improvements if your focus on no more than three of these at a time.  If you're looking at increasing production, I would prioritize the list first, most important to least important at this time. That way you can focus on the real priorities in the beginning and fine tune others later.

I can't tell you how many times I see how many people are working on things that play very little importance in the big scheme of things. Sort of like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
