I use the free android application together with Mortgage Calculator when I want to give different options to my clients, to show them charts or to do reverse mortage calculations depending that variables you input, variables as: Principal, Interest, years or Payment.


PROS: Using together with mortgage calculator you really don't need to buy any of these apps unless you are a mortgage lender and you really need more options.
CONS: Nothing!

Description
Calculates payments givin principal, interest and term. Also reverse calculate for any one given the other three.
Pay off early with biweekly or extra payments. Supports interest only and canadian Amortization.

Final Notes: Great real estate tool, you don't need an extra calculator or a computer to handle these basic mortgage calculations, I recommend to have both mortgage apps Mortgage Calculator and Karls Mortgage Calculator.
