Wouldn't be nice if every client or agent was to do this?  It would make our job so much easier.  Some agents that are sitting on the sideline might even enjoy coming to work.  I know it would make me work even harder than I do but do you think this is really going to happen?  We can only hope so and the meaning of patency: the state of being open or unobstructed.  From the first contact strive to have this happen with your clients.  Try and make them understand they may need to adjust the price of their home in this market for it to sell.
