Awesome photo! Thanks for sharing with us this Sunday morning. Enjoy the day!
Philip - Great shot of the Bear Mountain Bridge. As you might know I love the brides over the Hudson River.
Philip - There are some beautiful and amazing bridges around the country. This is one of them! For some reason I have an affinity for bridges and railroad! Nice pictures!
Juli- Toll is a buck. Cheaper than most, crossing closer to NYC are 4-5 $
Myrl- I dig bridges too. And we've got some nice ones around here.
Jennifer you've got some cool ones up your way.
Gary- it's raining.
Philip, Read your blog about listing agents this morning and can say that has happened to me a few times over the years. Was showing my new clients an up-scale property in Oklahoma City a few years ago and the listing agent considered himself the authority for that type property. He did the same thing to my clients upon arrival and for about 5 minutes. I could tell my cleints were not impressed with the home...... so I decided to embarass him in hopes I would not have him do this on another showing and we could get to a workable relationship.... In front the client, I respectfully requested he not start "qualifying" my them with "chat" and let them decide if they liked the home well enough to "ask" questions. With a smile. I said..." Its very hard to consider a home with someone "in your face". After his initial shock....which took a year or so... we have come to have mutual respect for each other and have had some great sales together. My clients initial reaction after we returned to the car? "Thank you Donna!!
Two Sundays in a row with bridge photos. Are you trying to mend some bridges or something Philip?
Funny how the relationship between nature and something man made can be so beautiful!
