Looking for dog friendly beaches in Massachusetts? One of the great things about living in Massachusetts and the Boston area is the accessibility to many Beaches! However, most beaches in Massachusetts discriminate against dogs! Being a beach fanatic, I was disappointed to learn that my dog Eddy was not welcome at most beaches during the summer. This Dog friendly beach is located just past Long Beach on the opposite side of the street. Since there is no parking, its best to park at Long beach and walk to Dog Beach a short 5 minutes away. The beach is about a half mile of open sandy terrain for your 4 legged friend to frolic around in.
